From scratch international chicken dishes
The inspiration for Marco Pollo comes from years of international travel and adventurous eating. MP’s famous crispy chicken is from a family recipe and is served with a rotation of authentic from “scratch” sauces from Thailand, China, India, Creole Country, Montreal, Japan, Mexico/Texas and Buffalo, N.Y.
In 2016, Marco Pollo added a Taiwanese native chef to the team and is now serving traditional Asian delicacies like homemade Gua Bao, potstickers and eggrolls along with its international Crispy Chicken dishes.
Since 2014 Marco Pollo has won several “Best of Milwaukee” Food Truck awards and “Foodie Judge” awards.
